Alexander Coenen is an entrepreneurial capital markets executive with more than 20 years of experience in European equity capital markets, corporate finance and cross-border stock exchange transactions. He is responsible for originating and executing capital markets transactions while advising listed and growth companies on their long-term public market strategy. His expertise ranges from IPOs and reverse takeovers to investor relations, equity story development and shareholder communication.

Sören Ploschke

Head of Finance & Corporate Governance

Sören Ploschke is an experienced finance executive with more than two decades of expertise in finance, accounting, auditing and corporate governance. Having held senior finance positions at listed companies, including FinLab AG, tick Trading Software AG and HausVorteil AG, he strengthens ECM with deep knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, investor-facing finance and governance processes for public companies.
