Thanks to our long-standing experience on the various European Stock Exchanges and changing requirements, we can offer national and international companies optimal structuring and organization for IPOs especially on the German Stock Exchange in Frankfurt as well as on the smaller regional exchanges, e.g. Düsseldorf or Berlin.
Through our constantly growing network of institutional investors, our clients also have the opportunity to use various alternatives to the classic IPO. In this context, we are in particular the ideal partner for the technical execution of IPOs, time- and cost-efficient with a focus on listing and access to the capital market, which can then be used to address investors at a later date. Excluding a syndicate for the placement, we can map the entire process and are also a companion in the daily stock market trading after a successful IPO. However, this can be done through a private placement before the actual IPO or through an acquisition and merger with an already listed company.
In addition, we support companies in capital increases, share buybacks or block trades and are also increasingly available for “downgrades” – usually from the regulated market to the over-the-counter market – in order to accompany the process in an efficient and straightforward manner.
